Being the workaholic that I am, I decided to start doing my own freelance work and taking on projects externally as a way to practice the skills I've learnt in school. As I've always been very design/art oriented, doing freelance work which ties with what I am passionate about and also what I am currently studying, Business Information Technology, gives me a platform to gain more experience in working with a variety of clients and projects and to build my portfolio.
Promoted various nightclubs taken on by Singapore Guestlist Network and also helped to improved customer relations by ensuring customers had an enjoyable experience and selling and promoting various promotions. I was also In charge of hiring and managing other event promoters under me.
Designed posters and logos for the events, DJs and promoted events for the nightclubs taken on by Pinnacle Entertainment Pte Ltd.
Collaborated with BBQHouse for a school project on social media marketing and branding where I helped to maintain their social media accounts and help increase their presence on social media.
Joined an intern programme in my secondary school, Tanjong Katong Secondary School, to help gain some experience in the hospitality industry where I spent 2 months observing and getting a first-hand experience with hotel and hospitality operations at the Changi Village Hotel.
As of now, I'm in my final year, taking my Diploma in Business Information Technology where I have a wide variety of modules such as Business Statistics, Business Analytics, Business Marketing & Branding, Social Media Marketing, Accounting, E-law, Web & Mobile Application Development, Database Management Systems, Digital Media for Business and many other modules related to business and IT.
Being the head of events for my course's student council, I organize and plan events for the students taking my course. In addition, I'm a member of the Singapore Outstanding Talents Programme which "is a talent development programme designed to shape today's academically bright students into tomorrow's Humanitarians, Communicators, Leaders and Scholars", where only selected students are invited to join based on academics or lectures' recommendations.

During secondary school, I still continued to pursue my interest for IT and joined the AV Media Club where I participated in multiple external competitions, including the Singapore Digital Media Awards Competition in 2013 where I in charge of the videography, special effects and video editing. I also frequently volunteered to be part of the camera crew where I was the photographer for many school events. For "O" Levels I took English, Physics, Chemistry, Social Studies Elective, Geography Elective, Elementary Mathematics and Art.
